Epson ET-4760 Review
Epson ET-4760 – This EcoTank model prints, duplicates, checks, and faxes. A duplexer produces two-sided prints and a 30-page automated document feeder (ADF) for drawing multipage documents throughout the scanner glass. It offers a good variety of features and reputable efficiency, producing a competitor for the best all-in-one printers.

Epson EcoTank ET-4760: Design
Epson ET-4760 has a modest-sized 2.4-inch color touchscreen on its control board, which tilts upward almost 90 levels. The screen gets on the small side for browsing food selections for the stand-alone procedure.
The just physical switches on the control board are for the power, home, and help functions. There’s a USB port, Ethernet port, and fax port, plus Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct support. There’s no USB thumb own port or sd card port.

The initial set of ink containers should last you a while, however. This EcoTank is quite small, measuring 10 x 16.4 x 19.8 inches when set up to publish. It is also lightweight, at simply 15 extra pounds. A 250-sheet paper tray is near the bottom of the unit. There isn’t an additional paper tray, so you can’t maintain greater than one type of paper packed. When switching paper, you’ll need to change the paper enter the setups menu; paper kind isn’t immediately detected.
Epson EcoTank ET-4760: Publish speed
Epson ET-4760 published documents quickly on ordinary paper. It published a five-page text document in 27.1 seconds, or 11.1 web pages each minute (ppm). The average is 33.1 secs or 9.1 ppm. Similarly, the ET-4760 published our six-page text and color video document much faster compared to the average. It published the document in 1 min and 32 secs, or 3.4 ppm. The average is 2 mins and 16 secs, or 2.2 ppm.
Two-sided publish rates were fast. Two-sided text documents were published at 6.5 ppm, and mixed text/video documents were published at 3.2. While these rates were slower than the more expensive Epson ET-5850 (14.5 ppm and 9.5 ppm, respectively), they were much faster than the cheaper Canon Pixma G6020 (2.3 ppm and 1.8 ppm, specifically).
Other Printer: Epson WorkForce WF-3620
Epson ET-4760 duplicated a web page of mixed text and color video in 30.1 secs, which was much faster compared to the average of 34.8 secs. It also duplicated a black-and-white web page quickly, doing so in 12.8 secs, compared with the average of 19.2 secs.
The EcoTank checked a web page in black-and-white to PDF style in approximately average time, producing the 300 dpi check-in 12.4 secs. However, scanning at high resolution to JPEG style got on the slow side: Compared with the average of 1 min and 9 secs, the EcoTank took 40 secs much longer to earn the same check.
The ET-4760 fasts at copying in black-and-white and much faster compared to the average at copying color documents. This EcoTank duplicated a shade web page in 30.1 secs, versus the average of 34.8 secs. Production a black-and-white copy of a message document in 12.8 secs, the EcoTank bested the average of 19.2 secs by a considerable margin.
It uses its ADF, a five-page text document duplicated in 1 min and 7 secs, or 4.5 ppm. By comparison, the more expensive Epson ET-5850 was much faster, copying the same document at 13.8 ppm. The cheaper Canon G6020 doesn’t have a file feeder.
Black-and-white scanning was a bit slower compared to the average. The ET-4760 checked a web page in black-and-white in 12.4 secs, versus the average of 11.6 secs. Color scanning, however, was quite slow. It took the ET-4760 almost 2 mins to catch a shade document (1 min and 49 seconds), versus the average of 1 min and 9 secs.
